Spread across four levels, this bungalow is perfect for family, friends, fun and relaxation. Step into the inviting living room, located on the street level, where you'll find a sofa, a smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to the cozy garden, complete with a charcoal barbecue for al fresco dining, two sun loungers for soaking up the Spanish sunshine, and a table with chairs for enjoying meals.



The kitchen features a ceramic 4-hob stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and hand mixer. A separate toilet on this level ensures convenience, along with a pantry housing a laundry machine and dryer for added comfort.



There are four bedrooms in total. Ascend the stairs from the living room to find three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, bidet, and toilet. Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe, while bedroom 3 offers a pull-out bed for two persons, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe. A separate bathroom down the hall ensures convenience for all guests, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Bedroom 4 is located on the basement level, offering a cozy double bed and two chairs for added comfort.



Ascend to the top level to discover the rooftop terrace, where panoramic views of Calpe and the sparkling sea await. Relax in the four seats provided or gather around the table with four chairs for memorable evenings under the Spanish stars.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
