L'hacienda is a very nice holiday home with private fenced pool located in the beautiful village of Rochefort-du-Gard, Languedoc-Roussillon.



This holiday house for 6 people in the South of France has a beautiful fenced garden with private swimming pool (10x5m - 1.40 to 1.90 m deep, with manual cover), very cosy terraces and a nice barbecue: great during the summer months. There are comfortable loungers at the pool. A small pergola provides a pleasant shady spot and there is a fantastic terrace with chairs and a large table.



Both the kitchen and the living room have sliding doors that give access to the super cosy terraces. Very well cared for and beautiful interior.

The hospitable owner lives in a small separate house at the back of the same property. Discretion and privacy are assured.



The location Rochefort-du-Gard is ideal for many activities and visits such as Le Cité des Papes, Pont du Gard, The arenas in Nimes, the ancient theatre in Nîmes,..... For the wine lovers, there are also the beautiful Côtes du Rhône wine routes.



Leon is a beautiful british longhair cat, very charming and living on the property.
