60 m² accommodation, bright and very well located
The property is located 20 meters from the sandy beach of Playa de los Lances. The house is located in a quiet family area by the sea, in front of Café del Mar Playa and Surla Café.
The location is excellent, because along the seafront you can reach the Historic Center in a 10-minute walk and it does not have the typical summer stress.
It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One of 150 cm and another of 135 cm. A bathroom with a shower, a living room and a kitchen equipped with small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and iron.
It has a small terrace with 3 chairs and a table to eat. From this terrace we can see a piece of beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kiting or windsurfing.
It is a very quiet apartment next to the beach and the best beach bars in Tarifa: Carbones 13, Waikiki, Demente and Balneario, you also have Surla and Café del mar playa
