This is a newly constructed villa that features a traditional look. It has green wooden window covers, stone walls, and wooden beams, which add a special touch to its appearance.

The villa covers an area of 186 m2 and is divided into the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, guests can find a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, two private bathrooms, and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, there is a balcony with a beautiful sea view and two bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The villa's terrace features a 32 m2 turquoise swimming pool, deck chairs, a charcoal grill, and a dining table.

Villa Barra offers its guests four private parking spaces.
