Very nice property, perfectly located next to the lake, ideal for families

We really enjoyed this house. It is located five minutes away by foot from the Grada lake, thus it is easy to go back and forth during the day if necessary. The swimming pool is very nice and the garden is well taken care off and closed, which is ideal if you are travelling with pets. The house is spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is conveninet for a family of five. The house has a good AC which made it really comortable during the hot days (38C). Claudio was super helpful and polite while giving us independence. Very recommendable, we would go back to this property.

Bellissima esperienza

Davvero una bellissima esperienza in una proprietà di ottimo livello. Posizione fantastica per visitare il lato lombardo del Garda. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto disponibile. Di sicuro da consigliare! A truly wonderful experience in a very good property. Fantastic location for visiting the Lombard side of Garda. The owner was always very helpful. For sure to recommend!

Verschmutzt

Wir haben schon mehrere Ferienwohnungen über Fewo gebucht. Eine derart dreckige, verschmutzte Wohnung anzubieten, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Diese Wohnung war in allen Zimmern voll mit riesigen Staub und Spinnenweben. In jedem Zimmer an den Decken sehr viele Spinnen. Die Schränke waren innen so stark verschmutzt, dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Cremes, Lebensmittel und alte, gebrauchte Colaflaschen standen noch von Vormietern in den Zimmern sowie in den Schränken rum. Verkeimte, alte, stinkende Badeschwämme lagen herum. Die Badewanne war ebenfalls komplett verschmutzt und zwar so sehr, dass wir sie erst sauber machen mussten. Kühlschrank auch verschmutzt. Gläser, Tassen, Besteck absolut nicht benutzbar, zu dreckig. Vorhänge, Teppichboden stark gestunken und verdreckt. Der Aussenbereich war auch stark verschmutzt. An den Hauswänden überall riesige Spinnennetze. Der Pool war oft voll mit Blättern, da der Garten laut Besitzer nicht instand gehalten werden konnte, da der Gärtner zu unzuverlässig war. Als wir den Vermieter auf all diese Mängel angesprochen hatten, sagte er, er würde seiner Putzfrau kündigen. Der Besitzer kam drei mal unangekündigt mit seinem Zweitschlüssel auf das Grundstück, ohne unsere Privatsphäre zu beachten! Selbstverständlich haben wir Fotos von der Wohnung gemacht. Auch sind wir früher abgereist, als wir gebucht hatten

Entspannter Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern und Oma, erlebten einen superentspannten Urlaub. Haus, Garten und Pool erfüllten unsere Erwartungen vollkommen. Lediglich die nicht vorhandenen deutschsprachigen TV-Sender sorgten bei zwei Reiseteilnehmern für etwas Unbehagen. Dies wurde allerdings durch den Lago, die Berge und das restliche Ambiente zerstreut. Den Punktabzug gibt`s für die mit Krimskrams von Vormietern gefüllten Schränke in Küche und Bad. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastischer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Hier war wirklich alles top! Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit bester Lage zum Gardasee! Zum Haus gehört ein schöner Pool mit Liegen und eine tolle, große überdachte Terrasse mit Steingrill. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung und für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen! Der Vermieter war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Daumen hoch!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gute Betreuung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Mein Vater ist Rollstuhlfahrer und kam sehr gut im Haus und im Garten zurecht. Es war sauber, der Pool war super und der Vermieter Claudio hat sich super gekümmert und tolle Ausflugstipps für uns gehabt. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht :)

Beutiful house close to everything

Lovely house, very well equipped and in good shape. We loved the location just 5 minutes walk from beach and little harbour of Porto Torchio with a few restaurants and bars. Also possible to rent a boat and also many trips by Ticket and Tours. Especially we recommend a trip to Isola del Garda and Rocca. Beach is ok and was not crowded except during weekend. House with its nice garden and terrace were good places to be and also not to forget the pool. Only drawback is internet-connection, it was a mobile celluar unit and that doesn't work with expectations of streaming etc. Not a big problem, but still... All in all we where very satisfied and Claudio as host were very nice and serviceminded. We really love to come back to wonderful Manerba and Lake Garda and Villa Olivia would be a great choice.

Villa Olivia

Wir wurden sehr freundlich durch Mama Olivia und Giorgio in Manerba begrüßt. Die Villa entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Kontaktperson Claudio hat nach unserer Ankunft Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und gab uns das Gefühl gut betreut zu sein. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, Gewürze ect. Waren vorhanden. Der gepflegte Aussengrill garantiert tolle Grillabende. Alles in allem haben wir hier eine perfekte Woche verbracht. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten mal. Fam. Eggers , Fam. Tesmann und Diggie

Lovely Villa in perfect location

We spent a lovely week in Villa Olivia. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Lake and to several restaurants and about a 15 minute into the lovely town centre. It was also great to have use of the bike to go to the local market. Claudio was very helpful and the villa was perfectly equipped and comfortable. The pool was lovely and in the sun all day with a view out to the mountains. The Villa was very secure with electric gates in a quiet street. Great location to explore the lakes, we had a great day hiring a speed boat from the local company. Theme parks in easy reach, La Rocco close by, easy to get a train to Venice (park free in Desenzano) and only about an hour to drive to the North of the Lake. Hopefully we will visit again!
