Inside, the villa boasts a wooden beam ceiling, double sliding doors leading to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with SAT-TV, and a dining table for 8 people. On the ground floor, you can find 2 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, double beds, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additionally, you can enjoy a sea view from the balcony.

Outside, the villa offers a magical dining experience under the stars. The terrace features a dining table, a charcoal BBQ, a beautiful 32 m2 pool, and sun loungers.

You can park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Beautiful

Beautiful modern villa aling a rough track, neighbouring an olive grove. Idyllic. Couldnt fault the villa, or the pool & outside area, or the location. On the edge of a quiet village, with a good sized supermarket less than 5minute walk away. Lovely 6km cycle into lively town with numerous bars & seafront restaurants. Fabulous holiday

Für uns (2 Familien) die perfekte Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin des Objektes problemlos. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

If you are looking for restaurants, Maslina, Vodnjanka, and BBQ Buffalo are only 1 km away.

The nearest supermarket, Plodine, is just 650 meters away.

You can easily reach the beautiful beaches of Fažana and Peroj by car, which are only 6 km away. The beaches are covered in large pebbles that are ideal for a whole day lying around or sunbathing. Alongside the promenade are numerous beach bars where you can refresh yourself with your favorite drink or enjoy water activities.​​​​​​​In the evening, during the summer season, you can enjoy the sounds of live music on the beach.

The city of Vodnjan is close to all of the major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, National Park Brijuni, and Rovinj. // Villa Maria liegt in der charmanten Stadt Vodnjan, nur 10 km von Pula entfernt.
