It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds—as well as a full bathroom with a shower, an additional half-bath, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for your stay.



The bright living-dining area, with a comfortable sofa and TV, opens onto a lovely terrace overlooking the pool—ideal for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink.



Situated in a peaceful community perfect for families or couples, it offers a large pool and gardens to unwind after a day at the beach. The apartment also includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a parking space in a shared garage for your convenience.



Just steps away is Riells Beach and its lively beachfront promenade, filled with bars, restaurants, shops, a children’s amusement park, and various water activities.

Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday. For Sunday or public holiday arrivals, or late check-in: contact the agency. Key collection: at the agency. A deposit of €300 will be held on a credit card upon arrival and refunded within 7 days after departure.



Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee.



Mandatory services: Tourist tax (€1/person/night for guests over 16). Towels (€11.90 per reservation – includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
