Beautiful 3 Bedroom Detached Villa, Sea View,Private Garden, Heated Pool, Aircon

Casa Zafiro No24 is a detached villa situated in a quiet cul de sac on the complex of Zafiro, this villa is located within a short walk to the local mini-markets, restaurants, cafes and bars, the long sea front promenade is only a few meters away.
Walking into this bright, modern, newly furnished villa, the large entrance leads into the open lounge area with comfortable sofas, TV with English Channels and coffee tables, patio doors open up onto the well maintained private astroturf garden and large pool, with comfortable seating area and new sunbeds you can relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the use of the built-in BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and stools, and leads out to the stunning bright dining area with canarian seating and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people, with the large windows and patio doors the views into the garden are stunning, in the evenings the blinds can be put down and the patio doors closed to make the area warm and cozy in the cooler evenings.
Downstairs are 2 Bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, a large comfortable King Size Bedroom with bedside cabinets and windows looking onto the pool and garden, the 2nd bedroom has Single Beds, Bedside Cabinet and windows overlooking the pool.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and under storage cupboards.
Walking upstairs to the Master Bedroom and ensuite, fitted wardrobes, dressing area, King Size Bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.
Here you can access the Private Roof Terrace, with sunbeds, coffee table and chairs you can watch the world go by with amazing sea and mountain views, here you can watch the sunrise and set in the comfort of your own space.
Airconditioning is available in all rooms, there is a coin machine to operate the units, the machine takes €1 & €2 coins.
The villa is fitted with Free Wifi, the pool can be heated at a charge of £15 per day, cots and highchairs can be hired on request.
The villa price is based on 4 people sharing, Extra Guests are charged £15pppn.
Pool Towels are provided for use around the pool/garden area.

Great communication from host. The Villa was the cleanest I have ever been in,I couldn’t fault it in anyway.The beds were super comfy and superking size in two rooms which was fabulous. Plenty of hot water, kitchen was well equipped, internet was good except upstairs in the master bedroom. The pool was a decent size I would definitely recommend heating in the cooler months.Shops and restaurants a short stroll away over a track close to the villa. The lounge area is a little sparse with a small settee and a chair. Probably not enough comfy seating for 6 people if you want to sit inside. It was very quiet most of the time which made it a very peaceful holiday.

Villa was lovely inside and out, pool was great garden in sun all day and location peaceful as near Playa Blanca lighthouse so a little further out from main restaurants, bars and nightlife at centre of Playa. Taxis simple and reasonable paid 5-6 euros each way or hours walk to Rubicon marina area if up to it. There is a small supermarket and a few restaurants/bars only 10 mins walk from villa, only used the supermarket on this visit so can't speak for restaurants. Prompt communication from Jodie at property management company.Small notes for improvements : only towels provided for ensuite upstairs, no towels in down stairs bathroom, an extra hand towel or two would have been useful . Also only two tea towels provided for the kitchen which meant they had to be washed several times during the week to freshen up. TV service offered a large selection of international tv channels, streaming services which looked great but in practice TV service was intermittent . Some programmes would start but the next selection would fail to load seeing repeated "Server Error" message displayed when accessing programmes. Possibly TV box may need service or replacing, spoke to TV support engineer seemed to improve for 24 hrs after central broadband reset , but then error messages displayed again throughout stay.This did not hinder our holiday as TV wasn't a priority just a little frustrating. Overall had a fab relaxing time and villa was excellent, would visit again .*****

Really stunning villa, it has everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing stay. The pool is a great size for a swim, and the garden area is beautiful and very well maintained. This villa is so relaxing and very peaceful. Supermarket is approx 7 mins walk away if you take the shortcut, which is walking directly behind the villa and out the side gate. Take a left and across the dirt track. It’s fine of a day time, probably not when it goes dark though. Here you will find a handful of shops and restaurants, we tried the Italian and the Indian restaurant, both very nice. If you want more restaurants and shops, you will also find the bus stop here too, buses every 30 mins and will take you to the marina which has many more beautiful restaurants and shops. Also the market at the marina every Wednesday and Saturday is worth a visit too. Taxi rank handy at the marina to get back the villa, costs approx 8 euros. Fantastic communication with Jodie before arriving and also on hand whilst we were there with advice too. Wished we could have stayed longer and would love to return one day.

Beautiful villa with fabulous pool and garden

Beautiful villa with fabulous pool and garden in a secure community just outside Playa Blanca. The villa is fully equipped with all you need and has wonderful indoor and outdoor space. The rooms are well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Shops and restaurants within 10 minute walk with a regular bus into playa blanca and the beautiful marina. Great directions from Jodie (host) from the airport and into the villa itself. We hired a car which was great to explore the whole island but not essential due to close proximity of shops, restaurants and the cheap, regular bus service.We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend, just wish we had booked for longer. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Lovely villa

Very clean and well equiped villa ,with stunning gardens and ocean and mountain views.Very quiet area ,Away from the main town ,but just a few minutes drive or hop on the bus .Some lovely restaurants a few minutes walk away.Very enjoyable week staying here.Mr & Mrs L

Gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Eine Villa, die überzeugt durch eine gute Ausstattung und einen schönen großen Garten.Die Sauberkeit im Gebäude und in der Außenanlage war einwandfrei. Den Pool zu heizen, ist zu dieser Jahreszeit sinnvoll.Alles was zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt wird, ist vorhanden.Aufgrund der exponierten Lage ist ein Leihwagen zu empfehlen.Während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Villa, haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Vom oberen Balkon ist die Sicht auf das Meer schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Jodie war zu jeder Zeit gut.Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier sicherlich hervorragend aufgehoben. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Excellent villa with a great pool.

Comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Lovely clean pool and garden area. Paid for pool heating and it made a huge difference. Well located within a 10 minute walk to a number of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Also the local bus to the centre of Playa Blanca and onwards to the Rubicon Mariner.Highly recommended and will definitely look to book again.

Excellent villa

Return trip to faro park but new villa. Couldn’t fault anything. Host very responsive .Well equipped villa, very comfortable and the first time I’ve paid for pool heating and the pool has actually felt warm. Pools can be really cold in the winter months The area itself is great and loads of great restaurants including faro 35, best tapas. The Indian and two Italians were great -and the .hyperdino nearby is perfect.

Lovely Villa

Really Enjoyed our 11 night stay and the Villa was exactly as described. Had a large garden area with 6 sunbeds and the pool was perfect. We didn't need the pool heated in August time. Had a few issues like missing light bulb and pool net but they were quickly rectified when we mentioned them and also we didn't get any changes of bed sheets which I think was supposed to happen as we stayed 11 nights. The Villa is located a 5 min walk, if you take the dusty track shortcut or 15 min walk from the local shops and restaurants where there is a good choice of options. Local bus runs from there every 30 mins to the main town of Playa Blanca which we used a few times. My family really enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Lanzarote we would definitely look to stay here again.

Fabulous villa . Spotlessly clean and stylish . Newly decorated. All facilities new and functioning . Well positioned BBQ and covered dining area . Comfortable outdoor furniture . Warm and clean pool Very comfortable beds and sofas Brilliant TV with all English Channel including support Wonderful warm and efficient service from Jodie Highly recommended 5 minute walk via turning 5 to shops and restaurants . 5 minute walk to pick up the coastal path near lighthouse .
