Unit Layout

This beautifully renovated vacation rental spans 150 m2 across multiple floors and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property was fully renovated in 2024 and is distributed over several levels, each offering distinct living spaces with comfortable and modern furnishings.

The main floor features a spacious living and dining room equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a large south-facing terrace of 60 m2. The fully equipped kitchen on this level is generously sized and also opens onto the terrace. On this same floor, 2 bedrooms each include a dressing room, a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a private shower room with WC.

On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom features a ceiling height of 185 cm and is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen TV. This room is served by a shower and WC and benefits from electric heating.

The upper floor includes an office space as well as an additional bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen TV, and air conditioning. This room has direct access to a south-facing balcony of 6 m2 and is equipped with electric heating. A shower and WC serve this floor as well.

Amenities Included

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided throughout the villa by means of air conditioning in the main living area and multiple bedrooms, complemented by electric heating available across all floors. The large kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive range of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra.
