The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a spacious and well-organised retreat.

On the ground floor, the generous living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, furnished with 1 sofabed and offering direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, creating a convivial atmosphere for shared meals and gatherings. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor is dedicated entirely to sleeping accommodation, comprising 4 rooms each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
