Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/shower/WC. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower/WC is also located on this level. Electric heating and air-conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The upper floor houses two more rooms, each with one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and one French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), along with a shower/WC. Electric heating and air-conditioning are available on this floor as well.
