The apartment features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering a spacious and comfortable layout ideal for groups and families alike. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom includes 1 french bed, air conditioning, and a private shower/WC, with direct access to one of the 2 balconies. The third bedroom also features 1 french bed, air conditioning, and a private shower/WC. The fourth bedroom is fitted with 1 french bed and air conditioning, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony. The fifth bedroom contains 1 french bed. In addition to the 2 private shower/WC facilities located within the bedrooms, 2 further shower/WC bathrooms serve the remaining guests, bringing the total to 4 bathrooms throughout the apartment. The living and dining area is elegantly appointed with comfortable furnishings and a satellite TV, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and a freezer, providing everything needed for self-catering stays.
