On the ground floor, the expansive living and dining area spans an impressive 95 m2 and is furnished with a flat screen cable television, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and shared meals. A large, open kitchen is fully equipped and directly connected to this living space, providing a seamless flow throughout the main level. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience. From the living area, direct access leads out to the terrace, where outdoor furniture is available for alfresco dining and leisure.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom measures 23 m2 and features a dedicated dressing room, a French bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm, and a private shower with WC and a double hand-basin. This room also benefits from direct access to a balcony of 11 m2. The second and third bedrooms each contain a French bed measuring 150 cm by 200 cm and share access to a balcony of 6 m2.
