The apartment has a total area of 70 square meters, with three rooms. It includes two double bedrooms, each with a sink and an east-facing balcony. The living-dining room features a seating area with a sofa bed and a dining table, as well as a south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate from the living area and is equipped with an electric stove, oven, glass ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. Additionally, there is a shower/WC with a towel dryer.

Amenities Included
The rental price covers energy costs, final cleaning, and parking. Bed linen, shower/towels, and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. During the summer season (June 1st to October 31st), access to all mountain railways and postal buses throughout the Saastal area, excluding the Metro Alpin, is included.
