After a day exploring the surrounding natural beauty, you relax in a welcoming environment and enjoy the view onto the Dolomites forests from the large windows of the apartment.

- a comfortable south-facing living room with large windows, a sofa, and an approx. 100 cm (40") Hd satellite-Tv. The living room provides access to the panoramic south-facing balcony overlooking the creek.

- shared with the living room the kitchen offers a dining table for up to 6 people, sink, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, electric fan oven, refrigerator, American coffee machine, tea kettle, Moka Express, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots, saucepan and kitchen utensils.

- a cozy bedroom with a double bed measuring 200 x 200 cm. The bed is divisible into two beds measuring 100 x 200 cm each. Additionally, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, chairs, a clothes rack, a luggage rack, and a 55 cm (22") Hd satellite-Tv. The room has a south-facing balcony.

The apartment offers free high-speed Wlan. All tv-sets provide free-to-air satellite programs from Eutelsat-Hotbird and Astra1. Furthermore, there are free sockets in every room. A safe, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, and floor cleaning cloth are provided, as well as parking in front of the building. Electric charging is also available at short distance by the Hotel Adler Carezza (400 V - 11 kW, consumption-based payment).

The apartment is environmentally friendly. It has solar panels for energy in the summer and uses the Hotel Adler's wood-fired heating system in the winter. In addition, the building has a highly thermal and acoustic insulation. The computerized heating is underfloor, and there is a centralized ventilation system, keeping air clean, tempered and continuously fresh without loosing heat. This all help meet the building standards of Klimahaus A for the apartment.
