The Paul house is located in a sunny and quiet location, on the eastern outskirts of Ortisei. You have a wonderful view of the beautiful mountain Sassolungo. The summer guests have the opportunity to relax on the well -kept lawn next to the house. The village center of Ortisei is reached with a cozy walk of 15 minutes. In winter there is the stop of the ski bus service nearby (300 m), with which you can reach all the ski slopes of the village and the valley. The Dorigo family is happy to welcome

Brilliant location, very nice property, unfortunately no control of radiators to dry towels, and automatic lights kept young children awake. Kitchen and bathroom lighting could have been brighter.

Nice and clean

Overall, a nice stay. A bit sparse on some things—plenty of dishes and glasses, but could have used a roll of paper towels and definitely some shampoo. As many other reviewers have said, the bed pillows are awful. To the host: please buy new pillows for your guests that are not perfectly flat. Otherwise a good location and quite clean. Note if you have a car that the driveway is challenging to enter and exit!

Our stay was great, extremely clean, kitchen well furnished, the apartment had everything we needed. Also very convenient to walk since in town the parking is lacking. Great location.

Looking for a spacious apartment in Ortisei? This is it!

What an amazing stay our group had! The pictures don't do the place full justice, in real life it is even better than pictured. You are staying in the house on top of the STEEP (if you are not familiar with car control, admit it before parking here) road. The owners have a separate house on the other side of the road, 20 meters from the house. There are local residents living around and also below this apartment - courteous attitude will be in order. Apartment itself has four (4) separate bedrooms, all with double or large beds and plenty of space. Two separate shower rooms, both with toilet. Small(ish) kitchen, adequate for simple meals when traveling, large fridge+freezer combo. Lovely balcony where you can sit and admire the view to the hills, mountains and to the town below you. Nice outside area where you should definately enjoy your breakfast on a warm summer day. Large common area in the middle of the apartment, big table to sit all of your group. Location could not be better, quiet place on the outskirts of town, still a short walk away from the town center. Lifts to Seceda within a short, nice, relaxing walk away. Remember, coming back to the apartment by foot will pass as a small excercise, the road will be winding up depending on your route. This apartment was extremely clean and enjoyable, especially for a group of 5 that needed 4 separate bedrooms. This apartment can easily sleep 8 people but common space might feel a bit tight. 9,9/10. I or we will return.

Beautiful Ortesei

We stayed at the apartment. Very clean with roomy bedrooms. Close to many hiking trails and within walking distance from the town. Owners life next door. Are very friendly and nice.

Great place for family in Ortisei

Our family of 7 of three generations greatly enjoyed our time here. The rental is large and very comfortable. We needed to have a kitchen for some cooking which works better with the children, and saves money. Beds were comfortable. The host brought us extra pillows as the ones there were thinner than most of us were used to. The manual gives good advice for care of the rental. The smart TV was appreciated by the children. The porches and deck are lovely. The setting is gorgeous. Very quiet. A very good choice for us.

Wonderful stay in Ortisei

Location of apartment is great, away from the busy town center with a beautiful view of the Dolomites. There was ample room for all eight of us. We really appreciated having our laundry done which was out of the ordinary for a typical rental owner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Apartment Paul!

Super nice host and comfy place to stay

This property exceeds our expectation. We arrived near mid-night and the host was waiting for us at the door. Paul also helped us put on the chain with bare hands to go up the snowy slope. The living room is very clean and roomy. Overall 5-star stay for sure.

Mooi ruime woning

Een fijne woning om in te verblijven. Aardige verhuurders en heel schoon. Wel een steil stukje weg om met skischoenen naar de bushalte te lopen maar dat hebben we opgelost door onze uitrusting in een depo in St Cristina onder te brengen. Ideaal, apresskiën op je gewone schoenen! Toptijd gehad!

Wundschöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung (Fewo Paul)

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche zu Gast in der Wohnung Paul. Diese ist sehr groß und geräumig mit den vier Schlafzimmern und den zwei Bädern. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Langkofel ist sehr idylisch. Die Lage ist am Ortsrand von St. Ulrich, zu Fuß ca. 10-15 Minuten in die Ortsmitte. Auch der Fußmarsch zu den Seilbahnen ist zu empfehlen, da überall Parkgebühren anfallen. Wir haben auch den Brötchenservice genossen. Ebenso konnten wir unsere Wäsche waschen. Das ist ein toller Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder nach St. Ulrich zur Familie Dorigo.
