The 4-room apartment is 100 m2 in size and situated on the 1st floor with a south-west facing position. It consists of two separate apartments on the first floor, rented as a single unit. Each apartment features a living/dining area, an open kitchen, and one bedroom. The living/dining room spans 30 m2 and includes a sofa bed (120 cm, length 200 cm), a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. The room also provides access to the terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), while the other living/dining room also has a sofa bed (120 cm, length 200 cm) and access to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer.
