The upper floor features 2 bedrooms, both benefiting from rooflights that bring in natural light. The first upper-floor room is a walk-through room with a rooflight and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also with a rooflight, is fitted with 3 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on the ground floor includes a shower, and the WC is separate. The property also benefits from a private terrace of 10 m2, accessible directly from the living and dining area, offering a pleasant outdoor extension of the interior living space.
