The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, furnished with a double sofa bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool through electric shutters. The first bedroom is a large room complete with a dedicated dressing room and a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This room benefits from its own en-suite shower and WC, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also features electric shutters. A separate shower room with WC serves as the second bathroom for the property. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
