Each of these rooms also provides direct access to a private balcony. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor for added convenience.

On the 2nd upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, an open-plan living and dining room creates a bright and welcoming social space, with access to a terrace and the swimming pool, benefiting from both a south-facing and west-facing orientation. This floor also hosts the 4th bedroom, a large room with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
