One of the rooms on this level features a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the terrace. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a supply of coffee capsules (Nespresso/Special T). It also includes a bar, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.
