Unit Layout
This 6-room house spans over 160 square meters across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining room spanning 40 square meters, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV with a flat-screen. This room opens out to a terrace. Additionally, there's a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with two sets of bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm) and electric heating, which also provides access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a wood-burning stove. A shower and toilet complete the ground floor.

The upper floor consists of an entrance hall with a wood-burning stove and air conditioning. There are three bedrooms on this level, each with sloping ceilings and varying ceiling heights between 135 and 250 cm. One bedroom features a bed (80 cm, length 190 cm) and a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), with access to a balcony. The second bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), while the third bedroom has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and also opens out to the balcony. A hip bath and toilet are located on this floor.
