On the ground floor, the living and dining area is bright and welcoming, equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a double sofabed measuring 140 cm, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and additional sleeping arrangements. A panoramic window and sliding door open directly onto the terrace, flooding the room with natural light and framing breathtaking views of the lake, the mountains, and the resort. Adjacent to the living area, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays.
