An apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people in the city center, just a short walk from the historic center and the medieval walls. Located in a quiet and peaceful setting with a shared garden, it’s ideal for exploring the city of Como and its main tourist attractions on foot.
PARKING in a PRIVATE garage is available upon request for 10 euros per night.

From the nearby Como Borghi train station, you can reach Milan in 55 minutes by train.
The Space
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, induction cooktop, cutlery, dishes, etc.), a spacious living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious closets.
It is located in a building with an internal communal garden, which both bedrooms overlook. It features two spacious balconies where you can enjoy the outdoors.
The apartment has central heating.
Guest Access
The entire apartment will be at the guests’ complete disposal. It is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and a communal garden.

We really liked the apartment—it was clean and located in a quiet area not far from the center. Most importantly, there is air conditioning in every room! I recommend staying here to anyone planning to visit Lake Como!

Great stay! The condo was really well stocked - kitchen had everything we needed and the little extras made it feel like home. AC was a lifesaver during the heat wave we hit while we were there; it kept the place cool no matter how hot it got outside. Location is perfect too, just a 5-minute walk to the historical center and close to pretty much everything else. Joe was super responsive the whole time, answered questions fast, and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was very spacious (the rooms are huge) and in an excellent location - close enough that we could walk to everything, but in an area that was still very quiet at night. A few issues with checkin information not being sent as promised, but everything was worked through politely and fairly quick to minimize delays.

Our 2nd stay in this great apartment

We liked this place so much we came back for a 2nd visit, and I'm leaving another 5* review. It's a great, quiet location which is only 15 mins walk from the lakeside and 5 mins from Como Borghi station which makes getting to it really easy and no need for a hire car. 10 minute walk to the local Lidl if you want groceries, but the basics are all provided which is great. A spacious apartment which would be great for a couple, friends, or a family.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. The location is quiet, central, close to Como Borgo station and about a 15 minute walk to the lake. The apartment is spacious with good quality towels and linen and plenty of storage space. Everything you need in the kitchen for self catering. We would return and would definitely recommend it.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Como. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und da war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz Gold wert. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und schnell. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Ce magnifique appartement répond à toutes les attentes d'un voyageur venant visiter Côme : bien situé, spacieux, propre, décoré avec goût... vraiment top.L'hôte a parfaitement correspondu avec nous et nous a donné des indications précises pour arriver tranquillement.Le balcon, le garage sont des plus appréciables.Avec les chaleurs de ce mois d'août, la clim a parfaitement fonctionné et a permis de nous reposer dans les lits très confortables.De grandes chambres, une grande salle de bain, tout l'équipement disponible pour passer un séjour magnifique.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und logisch gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist noch ausbaufähig aber der Rest ist top! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Perfekte Ferienwohnung direkt an der Altstadt

Großzügige Wohnung, ruhiger und sauberer Wohnkomplex, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, direkt an der Altstadt und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen, abschließbarer TG-Platz wurde unkompliziert bereitgestellt, WLAN in allen Räumen sehr gut, Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell, zuverlässig und kompetent auf unsere Anliegen reagiert, Betten/Matratzen sind rückenfreundlich

Hébergement top pour un week end en famille !

Bon accueil par notre hôte. L'hébergement est bien équipé et très bien placé (à côté du grand marché et à 5min du centre ville), dans une résidence bien entretenu et au calme. Appartement spacieux et propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour faire la cuisine.
