Kitchen with full sized oven/hob with extractor over, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area.
Lounge with Smart TV/Freeview, electric fire, double sofa bed and doors leading out to the decking.

Bed 1: King bed with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bed 2: Two single beds with TV

Disgusting Experience

Unit had atrocious smell of pet urine throughout. Owner came and pulled rugs and all bedding and furniture from second bedroom, odor still wreaked. We asked for our money back so we could find a hotel. Management company 2CHolidays, they said our contract said no refunds. Owners also said no refunds. We have never had an issue with any properties in the past and think that there should be recourse for renters when conditions make a place uninhabitable, as was this. We will opt for a hotel the next time.

As a neutral third-party we work to support both guests and owners when concerns arise. In this instance, the property owner responded promptly to your concerns, visiting the property immediately after being made aware of the issue. The owner took steps to address the odour by removing several items at the property, cleaning the affected areas and carried out an odour-neutralizing process to resolve the issue. While we understand that you still found the situation unsatisfactory, compensation was agreed upon with the owner and a refund was processed as a goodwill gesture and confirmation of this was sent via email. While we strive to ensure all properties meet high standards, unforeseen issues can occasionally arise, and we aim to resolve them as efficiently and effectively as possible.
