The apartment:

This charming flat can accommodate up to 10 people and is located on the ground floor of the building and has an independent entrance from the street.

Characterised by an innovative design, it surprises with its aesthetics, comfort and convenience. Its perfect distribution on two levels offers an ideal balance between space, comfort and functionality. It has a bright living room thanks to its large windows in which there is a double sofa bed and a Smart TV.

The open-plan kitchen is integrated into this same space and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, facilitating interaction between the different areas of the flat.

The practical dining room is next to the kitchen, providing a perfect space.

This flat is composed of four comfortable bedrooms, three of them with double beds and the fourth with a bunk bed. In addition, the flat has two full bathrooms with shower and a toilet.

There is wifi and air conditioning available throughout the flat, the cot is subject to availability, please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

We respect: in order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
