Welcome to Whyke Haven, a two-bedroom first-floor apartment set within a newly built development, just a 15-minute walk from Chichester Station. With its own private entrance and dedicated parking space just steps from the door (a real bonus in Chichester), it offers both convenience and comfort from the moment you arrive.

Step upstairs into a bright, spacious living area designed for easy, relaxed stays. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a dining table for shared meals or working remotely.

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms—one king and one double—comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Each room is designed with a calm, restful feel and dressed with quality bedding to ensure a great night’s sleep.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment which is on the first floor access via internal stairs.

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

**This is a no smoking property including the surrounding outside area. If you smoke or vape at all do not book this property.
