There is an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. Patio doors open onto a south-facing terrace. Furthermore, there is a bedroom, a toilet and a storage room on the ground floor. This storeroom can be accessed both indoors and from outside.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit with washbasin and a 2nd toilet.
