Host didn't send chck-in instructions until 4 hours after we were set to check in and we had contacted Vrbo in the mean time and found other lodging. We wasted hours of our precious vacation time.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I sincerely apologise for the delay in sending the check-in instructions. I completely understand how frustrating and disruptive that must have been, especially during your holiday. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I regret that it impacted your stay. We’ve since reviewed our processes to ensure check-in details are always sent in a timely manner so this doesn’t happen again. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Birthday Retreat

My husband and I stayed in this lovely studio flat so we could celebrate his 80th birthday wandering around his childhood haunts in Chingford. Locationally perfect for us, this beautiful little Studio flat catered for our every need, and with a number of extra touches thrown in. Tastefully decorated throughout in white and grey, and highlighted with a touch of a yellow gold cushion, the total effect was light, clean, pleasing on the eye and restful. Our late arrival was totally catered for and communications were immediate, accurate and helpful. We would be more than happy to stay there again!
