気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The property is old so there are many broken / damaged bits which doesn't bother me specifically BUT the outside was not clean. There is a dirty nappy and other bits under and around the property. Inside was clean, although not all the beds were made, and there wasn't sufficient bedding for all guests. There isn't enough cutlery for all guests to eat together. The kitchen equipment is very poor, which is such an easy fix for the host. The advert ys 'no hidden costs' but you do still have to pay for guess passes ON TOP of the total amount paid. Without these you can't use any of the facilities at Tattershall lakes. Communication is either immediate responses from the host or none at all.. some things I'm still waiting on responses for.If you are desperate, it's a place to stay but it doesn't make you feel like you have gone away on holiday somewhere nice.
