Paseo del Mar was an excellent choice for us - a family of 4 adults. The arrival and entrance details were complete and seamless, managed by a company called Javea Holidays. Very well located and all amenities for a pleasant stay. We liked it a lot. The only drawback was a small water heater that did not allow all of us to shower consecutively without spacing at least 20-30 minutes between showers. Parking readily available and close to the beach, restaurants, stores and more.

Nice stay

Service of Javea holiday is outstanding. Towel change, late check out because of my baby grandchild allowed. Appartement was very clean. Location is peculiar, no parking possible though this was communicated adequatly. Nothing, keep up this good work.

Great vacation in Javea and realy enjoyed the location

We had a great vacation in Javea and really enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was very central to everything from restaurants and bars to the beach within walking distance. There was a supermarket, a pharmacy and plenty of other shops close by for any shopping needs. And the apartment was very nice and comfortable too. It was nicely decorated with fresh colours and modern furniture in Mediterranean style. Bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen came well equipped. The A/C worked very well and kept the place cool, even in the afternoons when it got a bit warmer outside. We really had a great time and hope to return in the future. Frank B.

Toujours Parfait !

C'est la 2ème fois que je loue cet appartement (et la 3ème fois que je loue avec Javeaholiday) L'appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé et parfaitement propre - Merci. S'il y avait des équipements de plage, ce serait top : chaises (petites ou longues) de plage, un petit parasol.

La ubicacion es excelente!

El aptartamento es muy cómodo, fresco, se observa que ha sido remodelado recientemente. Es muy amplio, totalmente amoblado y esta decorado elegantemente. Cada habitacion cuenta con un aire acondicionado silencioso y que puede ser controlado individualmente. Las camas y las almohadas son muy comodas y de excelente calidad. La cocina es ventidada y esta completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar y disfrutar de una comida en casa. La ubicacion es excelente!, puedes ir a la playa caminando en 2 minutos y alrededor tiene farmacia, supermercado, tiendas, bares y restaurants. No es necesario tener vehiculo. Definitivamente disfrutamos mucho las vacaciones!!!. Lo recomendamos ampliamente y estamos contando los dias para volver. Rosana L.
