The large 15m x 3m infinity swimming pool is simply spectacular.

The extensive use of glass in the design means that nearly every room in Villa Aragó is full of light and enjoys extensive panoramas. The decor is both modern and stylish.



Villa Aragó offers 350m2 of living space distributed over three levels as follows:



Ground Floor/Entrance Level

This is the entrance level where you come into to the Villa from the lavender lined drive way, through a large garage



First Floor

Entry to Villa Arago is by staircase from the enclosed parking area at ground level. The first floor offers a large open-plan living and dining area, plus a beautiful modern kitchen fully equipped with high-quality Miele appliances.



The living area is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors providing access to large wooden decked terraces and the back gardens. When you open the doors at either end of the Villa from the kitchen to the living room it almost feels like you double the size of the villa and the outside space is completely merged with the inside space.



The views from the living/dining area are simply breathtaking.



The first floor also includes a twin bedroom with direct access to the garden and a stylish bathroom.



Top Floor

The top level of Villa Arago features 5 bedrooms and 2 very modern and stylish bathrooms each with unique features. 4 of the bedrooms face the front of the villa and the floor to ceiling windows offer amazing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The other bedroom faces the gardens at the rear of the property.



The master suite features a large dressing room with a centre isle and an impressive en-suite bathroom with large Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower.



Villa Arago can sleep up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms arranged as follows;

The first floor terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ and marvel at the beautiful sea views. Also on the first floor, the kitchen has access to a pleasant lawned area at the back of the property offering a shady spot in which to escape the hot midday sun.



To the front of the villa is the fantastic 15m x 3m infinity pool with large wooden decks and sun loungers providing plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation. There is plenty of space and gardens surrounding the villa providing both sun and shade at different times of the day.



There is secure off-street parking for 2 cars at Villa Aragó.



The entire property is available for use.

Villa Aragó is conveniently located in the desirable Sitges suburb of Levantina, just a 15 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches and the marina, with its numerous fashionable bars and excellent restaurants. The centre of Sitges is a 20 minute walk or just 5 minutes by taxi.



Car not essential. A bus service runs close to the villa and taxi services are available. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk.
