The ground floor of a spacious house is available for holiday rental, ideal for families with children or groups. The property features 4 bedrooms, 2 indoor bathrooms, and 1 outdoor bathroom located next to the pool for added convenience.

It offers a private swimming pool, garden, terrace, BBQ area, and a large table with chairs, perfect for the whole family to enjoy meals together outdoors. The outdoor areas allow children to play safely while adults relax.

The owners live on the upper floor and have a completely separate entrance, ensuring total privacy for guests throughout their stay.

A quiet, safe, and fully equipped space, ideal for a relaxing family holiday.



Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
