The electricity costs for the stay are to be paid by the guest. These are based on current electricity prices and will be settled at the end of the stay. (Experience has shown that the electricity costs amount to 20-80€/day. Depending on the season and usage.)

On around 300 square meters of living space, we offer a unique house designed with attention to detail.
A sauna experience, whirlpool, pool and gym complete your stay with us.
In addition to the four bedrooms, we offer 4 bathrooms with five showers and an incomparable relaxation room, which offers a breathtaking view over Graz and the southern Alps.

High-quality architecture is always our top priority. The claim to be able to offer "the most beautiful sauna in the Graz area" has not yet been refuted by any of our guests.

In addition to wellness, fitness and relaxation, we offer all nature lovers the feeling of being embedded in the consistently green surroundings and landscape. No disturbing neighbors or traffic noise.
The feeling of infinite spaciousness is what best describes the surroundings.

In addition, our two alpacas and nine sheep live on the southern slope in front of the house.
"Santa-Maria-Lopez and Carlos" are looking forward to your visit and the associated cuddles.

The hot tub is heated 365 days a year.
The large pool is also available 365 days a year, and is additionally heated in summer.
