The Beautiful View apartment is a spacious studio on the top floor in the heart of the city: near the house you will find shops, restaurants and services, 400 meters away you can find the Clotes ski lift, 900 meters away you can reach the departure of the Prariond-Sportinia ski lift.
This SMART APARTMENT has self check-in systems.
The house consists of an entrance, a living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, and a bunk bed. Equipped kitchenette with microwave, kettle, and coffee machine (with capsules). Windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the living room, you can access the balcony with an incredible view. A Smart TV is available to guests.
Possibility of parking in the external condominium area.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of € 2 per person, per night is not included.
