- 10 minute walk to town, the beach and the amazing Ericeira reserve

- We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive
- We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early

THINGS TO KNOW
- On a property with a main house and pool. The pool and outdoor shower are NOT available for studio guests but the shared laundry room is available.
- Perfect studio for 2 people
- Street parking in front of the house
- Light sleepers may hear the traffic on N247
- Kitchenette with small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and 2 burner stove top
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

Super epic spot

This House was an epic spot if you like having a variety of waves from beginner to advanced. Elle and Tim were amazing hosts. They would guide me on which waves to surf , where to eat and they would let me tag along to explore other breaks. Their hospitality is top tier and plan to book with them again if I ever come back. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Elle and Tim’s Studio property! Whether you’re here as a couple or as a single person, the studio provides everything you’ll need and more! Great comfy bed with lots of pillows (my favorite), awesome bathroom and shower pressure, beautiful light and airy main room with a great mini kitchen to cook with. Added bonus is the pool, the two washing machines and dryers, your own little private garden for the studio, tons of parking available, and walkable to two world renowned surf breaks. On top of all that Elle and Tim were amazing at answering any questions we had, had loads of recommendations (on their studios ap and also when I asked them) and it was just a real pleasure to stay here. We will definitely be back and I can’t recommend this place enough for your next stay! Absolutely perfect.

Comfortable cozy haven with the best hosts

Perfect location, super clean and comfortable space for a couple or single traveler. All amenities and necessities provided. Friendly, attentive and hospitable hosts. Close to epic surf locations and a beautiful cliff side hike. Only 45 min from airport! Five stars 🌟

OUTSTANDING 🌊☀️

Phenomenal is an understatement to describe my stay at the studio. It was really perfect. So well located and in a super cute and quiet neighborhood away from the busyness of town. Elle and Tim were exceptional hosts with great hospitality and speedy communication. The check in and check out process was super easy and straightforward. I felt very safe and comfortable in the studio. The kitchen has everything you need to and has a vibey outdoor area to sit and eat. Also the pool is superrr nice with an outdoor shower. Ericeira is definitely a place where it’s recommend to have a car. I didn’t have one but still managed to get around fine with Ubers & walking. No where I was going was more than a five minute drive. I rented a surf board at Ribeira the beach which is only a 15-20 min walk from the place. Blue ocean which is on that beach has lots of options to rent boards from soft to hard tops & also offer lessons. It’s also a really great beach to hang out at. I highly recommend this place to any solo or couple travelers and would definitely be a returning renter.
