A comfortable apartment located in the quiet and familiar Mar de Jávea urbanization with a maximum capacity for 4 people located just 400 meters from the well-known beach, for its crystal clear waters, the first mountain range and the more than tagged beach club on social networks “ The NAP".

The apartment has two terraces: an open terrace of more than 40 square meters on artificial grass with a solarium area and dining area; and another 20 square meter deck in tropical wood connected to the outside and with the possibility of being isolated, with a dining area and a chill out corner.
The interior of the apartment has a living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room has a large sofa and flat-screen TV where you can continue watching your favorite series or movies thanks to its ChromeCast connection. The dining area has a light glass table in case you prefer to have your meals inside the house. If needed, the room has split hot-cold air conditioning.
The kitchen area has a large refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater and complete kitchenware. In the adjoining gallery there is a washing machine and a closed cabinet for cleaning products, ironing board and iron, as well as a large outdoor clothesline.
The rooms have built-in wardrobes with hangers, large chests of drawers, as well as hot-cold air conditioning splits. The main one has a double bed of 1.50x1.90 cm. with a latex mattress and pillows with the possibility of feathers, while the second is made up of two single beds of 1.90x90 cm.
The toilet area has a full bathroom with a bathtub with a shower and a toilet with a bidet. Both spaces have hygiene products, as well as towels for both the sink and the bathroom.
If you want to enjoy the urbanization's pool or take a getaway to the many beaches and magnificent coves in the area, you can have chairs, an umbrella and beach towels.
