Great location

Nice renovation of the room. Superb kitchen space. The elevators took a bit but it's was a very crowded week ( marathon and Christmas parade). Would recommend this room, excellent views and comfortable

Hawaii vacation

Overall, ok. Rooms sliding doors were difficult to open and close and did not lock. Theroom was dark. Not much lighting. Room was reasonably clean, just a bit grimey. The kitchen needs a good scrubbing! Overall, a pleasant experience. Room just needs a little TLC.

The property manager was fantastic to deal with. All inquiries were answered quickly. The suite was as promised, with extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. Excellent stay, would book again.

Exactly like the picture. Enjoyed our stay had everything we needed. Location was perfect.

Property was good. Has a market, restaurant and shopping. Clean and everyone was accommodating. Will definitely come back. Location makes it all worth it.

This property was exactly as stated. The view from the balcony was good. The condo was clean and appeared exactly as the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

A very pleasant stay!

Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Clean. Updated. Beautiful view. I also like that there was a market in the lobby to purchase bottled water and other odds and ends. I would definitely return again!

Made the place seam bigger. Gorgeous view from the lanai and nice patio furniture. We loved using the beach chairs and it has everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was vey comfortable. Close to everything. The only negative thing that happened was people came into our room 11 o’clock at night scared the heck out of us, that we had a hard time going back to sleep. They double booked our room. It was very scary!! Other than that a vey nice place to stay.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was not as nice as conveyed in the pictures. Could not see the beach without going out on the lanai. We saw a cockroach in the kitchen. The bathroom vent was dirty. The Illikai is a bit rundown, and service from the front desk was not great (e.g. $5 to print boarding pass). The elevators and hallway carpet were dirty, and without air conditioning. Otherwise the condo itself was ok, and for some of the problems the property management was responsive. Refund of deposit took a few weeks. That said, it was nice to get an early check-in and late check-out.

What a Beautiful Stay at this fully renovated Large Studio Condo!

Great room at Ilikai

Great location to watch Friday night free fireworks show from balcony and even free luau view from balcony of the rooftop next door. Ala Moana shopping Center is within walking distance of the Ilikai which is a huge shopping mall with 350 stores and restaurants.
