Great social space but still private. Spent a week here with 7 friends for a golf trip. Everyone had their own bedroom, more than enough bathrooms. House was clean and organized and hosts communication was top notch!

Annual Arizona golf trip

8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations! Location was great , amenities as described. We cooked out on the grill a few nights and refreshed in the pool ! We highly recommend this house and we look forward to coming back next year!!

8 guys golf trip, house fit our needs perfectly

Nice house and fit our group well. 8 of us for a weekend golf trip and everyone had their own room, which was needed since everyone is in their mids 40s. Location was perfect for golfing and nightlife. Easy to get Ubers.

Great Golf Getaway

The house was terrific. Rob was helpful and responsive. This is the second year that we’ve utilized this property. My only suggestion would be that a house, this large that can accommodate so many people should consider having a larger, hot tub.

The owner of the home and myself as reservation coordinator are available to assist with all functions of the home whether it be the internet streaming TV, Wi-Fi, or how to operate the washing machine. The welcome binder on the kitchen counter also has detailed information on all aspects of the property and the best places to go in the neighborhood including shopping. Let us know your favorite beverage so we can leave it for you prior to your arrival. We love living in this area with all the fun it has to offer, ask us the best places to go!

We try to provide everything you might need or forgot as we are frequent travelers. Internet streaming TV, Wi-Fi, DVD players, closet storage, fully stocked kitchen for large groups, golf balls for putting and our driving cage for irons, pool table, hot tub, heated pool- $75/day extra charge upon request with minimum 3-day advance notice. This area is a safe quiet residential area for your stay. Spring training at Salt River fields is just minutes away - Spring Training for the SFO Giants is 10 minutes away. Waste Management golf tournament just up Hayden Road. And of course, all the FUN that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer is only 5 minutes from this fabulous property
