Soggiorno perfetto, la casa è bella, come da foto, Marco è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Consigliatissimo, la casa è molto accogliente e pulita. Marco, persona squisita, host attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Tutto perfetto.

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch ist mit dem Auto alles an einem Tag erreichbar. Neapel, Rom, ein sehr schöner Strand, 2 Pizzerien sogar zu Fuß. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz, Garten und Grill stehen zur Verfügung. Marco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Großzügig, familiär, entspannt!

Das Haus, der Garten und das ganze Ambiente entsprechen mindestens den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles, was man für einen schönen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die großzügige Veranda und der schöne Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr verkehrsgünstig für Ausflüge nach Rom, Cassino, Neapel, Amalfi, das Meer und die Berge. Die vielen alten Bergdörfer in der Gegend sind wunderschön. Supermärkte (landestypische, Carrefour, Lidl z.B.) sind gut erreichbar und bieten alles, was man braucht. Fußläufig sind zwei gute Restaurants mit freundlichem Personal zu erreichen. Aber das Beste, ein Glücksfall für uns, war die Familie de Santis. Nach einem Motorschaden unseres Autos haben sie uns unterstützt, wo sie nur konnten! In den wenigen Tagen sind sie von Fremden zu Freunden geworden!! Wir sagen herzlichen Dank!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M de Santis et sa famille qui ont su répondre à nos attentes. Le logement était agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

pulizia: l'appartamento è ben pulito, ampio, fresco d'estate, anche quando fuori fa molto caldo disturbi sonori: non ci sono rumori fastidiosi. contesto geografico: comodo per raggiungere le destinazioni più rilevanti del Lazio meridionale, come Sperlonga, come pure Roma, ecc. vista: l'appartamento si trova nell'abitato moderno, tra villette della campagna di Ceccano; dispone di un bel portico riparato, con sedie, tavoli, sdraio, ecc. attrezzature: c'è tutto quello che serve; posto auto riservato, di fronte all'appartamento facilità di accesso: basta seguire le indicazioni stradali, sia da Nord che da Sud proprietari: premurosi e accoglienti

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est très bien situé, dans un endroit très calme avec un voisinage très charmant. Le gîte correspond à la description faite sur le site, au niveau des équipements, il ne manque de rien (en cuisine, on a tout; le propriétaire pense à tout : sacs de poubelles, savon vaisselle,...Pour la SDB, papier de toilette, savon,...) Ce qui est pratique, on ne doit pas prendre ses essuies de bain puisqu''ils sont fournis, il y a une machine à laver, planche à repasser, fer à repasser...Une très grande penderie, pratique quand on est 2 adultes et 1 enfant ainsi qu''une grande commode donc assez de place pour ranger tous ses vêtements..;-)))Le jardin est spacieux pour les enfants, ils ont du terrain pour jouer et ils peuvent profiter (observer) le potager de Mr De S. C''est une personne très sympathique et aux petits soins de ses locataires. Nous tenons personnellement le remercier pour tout : mozzarella (un vrai délice !), bons conseils pour les visites, les boissons en suffisance dans le frigo, et pour bien d''autres choses encore. Même si on ne parle pas italien, il y a toujours moyen de se faire comprendre et personnellement, je suis parvenue à apprendre quelques mots...;-))) (youpie!). Nous avons eu un temps splendide et on a pu profiter de manger sur la terrasse (véranda). Et nous conseillerons avec plaisir l''endroit à des amis, des connaissances. "

"Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par Mr Mauro de Santis, arrivant vers 20 heures, sous la pluie, notre propriétaire a tenu à nous accompagner jusqu''à une Cafèt. Rien ne manquait dans notre location, boisson fraîches à l''arrivée, et de quoi faire un petit repas. Merci encore à Mr M de Santis pour les mozzarellas qu''ils nous a offertes le dernier jour, délicieuses et il y avait la quantité!!!!! Endroit calme, et surtout possibilité de garer notre véhicule ,à l''intérieur du jardin, endroit clos.Conforme à l''annonce sur internet."

"Commentaire tardif ! Séjour très agréable et les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et discrets. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil ainsi que pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée, et même lors de notre départ. Seul problème, notre séjour était placé sous le signe du Moustique Tigre, nous empêchant de profiter de la douceur du soir sur la terrasse. Sinon, tout était très bien."

"Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è molto grande, pulitissima, completa veramente di tutto (persino il lettino per bambini!) e il giardino è spazioso e ben curato. In caso di maltempo si può stare lo stesso fuori grazie al grande porticato attrezzato per il barbecue. La posizione è tranquilla e silenziosa, ma anche comoda per raggiungere grandi città d''arte come Roma o Napoli, località termali come Fiuggi, di montagna, di mare o di interesse artistico come Anagni. Inoltre i proprietari saranno ben felici di consigliarvi altri itinerari interessanti nei dintorni. Il soggiorno sarà sicuramente piacevole anche per famiglie con bambini ------------------------------------------------- The owners are very kind, disposable and they really care about hosts. The house is big, extremely clean, fully accessorised (even baby bed!) and the garden is ample and well trimmed. In case of bad weather you can also stay outside well covered under the big porch equipped for barbeque. The location is quiet, but also very comfortable to reach big cities as Rome or Naples, the thermal baths as Fiuggi, the mountains, the sea and interesting cities as Anagni. There''s also a Fashion Outlet nearby. However the owners will be pleased to suggest you any other interesting itinerary. Your holiday will be surely excellent even if you have little children."

«To be placed nicely betw...

«To be placed nicely between Rome and Naples and at the same time be near the sea (Sabaudia, Circeo, Terracina, Gaeta) and the mountain (Arpino, Atina, ...), chose this nice house. A place to relax, to cook, to eat outside in the nice "varanda" or to simply follow the the very sympahthetic aknowledgements of Giovanna, Marco and Mauro.»
