** 10% discount for a minimum stay of 1 week**
** 20% discount for stays for 1 month and more**
As a professional management company we screen all guests prior to releasing check in information for security purposes.
Our guest screening requirements include:
1. ID verification
2. Security deposit pre-authorisation
3. Signed rental agreement
– Early check ins and Late check outs are available and chargeable upon request only
– A travel cot set up is available upon request only.
