The Hofvilla Amalia is a 4-person holiday villa featuring a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding door provide plenty of natural light, giving the villa a bright and spacious feel.

The large terrace with garden furniture is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Holiday villa for 4 people with welcome serviceThanks to our welcome service, you’ll have everything you need. Upon arrival, your beds will already be made, and towels and a kitchen pack will be ready in the holiday home. This way, your holiday begins the moment you pack your bag.

Need extra towels, bedding, or another kitchen pack? These can easily be ordered. Learn more about our services via this link: https://www.hofparken.nl/en/parkservices.

PetsPets are warmly welcome in some of our holiday homes. Want to bring your pet along? No problem! During the booking process, you can easily check if pet-friendly accommodations are available. A maximum of two pets is allowed per holiday home.

Prachtig gelegen in een natura 2000 omgeving. Ideaal om wandel- en fietstochten te maken. Gemeente Dinkelland is een hele mooie omgeving van dorpjes , veeteelt hoeven , graslanden en bosrijke stroken, kronkelende fietsweggetjes en fietspaden. Het stadje Ootmarsum met zijn prachtige Simon en Judas kerk , het gezellige en leuk ingerichte centrum is heerlijk om te vertoeven. Heerlijke rustgevende en relaxte regio. Geen autodrukte of massa drukte eind april begin mei. Voor Duitsland liefhebbers, op enkele km ligt de Duitse grens voor een bezoek aan de stad Nordhorn.

Prachtig en kwalitatief goed ingericht huisje! Wij hadden mooi uitzicht op de vennen. Heerlijk wandelen in deze mooie natuur rondom het huisjes park. Door de situering van de huisjes voldoende privacy en rust. Ondanks dat de receptie een kleine gelegenheid had om wat dingen te kopen, was dit toch erg handig. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de maaltijdservice van frites met saté en pizza. Goede kwaliteit. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Das Haus (der Baustil) war sehr schön - große Fenster und helle Räume. Das Sofa und das Bett waren bequem. Alles in allem: ein schönes Haus. ABER: eigentlich dauernd schallte so laut Musik durch die Anlage, dass man nicht gut schlafen konnte. Am Samstagmorgen um 8 Uhr ging es los.. eine Stunde lang Musik. Abends dann wieder, bis 1.30 Uhr nachts. Das "Abendkonzert" kam von einer Veranstaltung-/Eventlocation in der Nähe. Ein Livekonzert dort war um 23.30 Uhr beendet. Dann folgte Partymusik vom Band, vielleicht in einem der Häuser, das ließ sich nicht ausmachen.
