Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops.

Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need.

The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

Everything was as advertised and the check in was easy. Host had everything in order and I didn’t have to bother them. I would rent with them again. 5 stars.

Ideal location

The property was ideal, excellent location, close to airport, parking for your vehicle, and close to SOFI stadium. Tianna was very helpful and the communication was great. Awesome place- if you are looking for place to stay.

The landlord was great. Had complimentary drinks, a huge bed, she let me drop my luggage off a few hours before check in so I didnt have to to drag it around while i waited to check in

Will stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was easy to find and very clean. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Perfect for a grad student attending class all day and doing homework all night. Thanks to the hosts for being so on top of things and easy to communicate with.

Great option! Easy and clean!

We needed to move out of our local apartment for a termite tenting with our cat. So thrilled we found this place. It was the perfect location for us in a quiet neighborhood. The space is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures and impeccably clean. Check in was a breeze (they provided a great description so I knew what to expect) and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. Thank you for the escape for us and our cat! She even got comfortable enough to lounge on the chair rather than hide out the whole time :)

Good location & easy check-in!

Pros: Convenient west side location, off-street parking next to unit & easy check-in process. Cons: Unit located next to a main road so Vehicle noise was an issue for me throughout the evening but especially late evening/early morning, even with the windows closed. Also, the host lives in the downstairs unit, so when they made food, the food smell would linger in the upper unit.

Great place with everything you need! No human available.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a night in the city. Instructions were clear and the space had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Only complaint is that we never received answers to the questions we asked prior to our stay. Instead we received the regularly scheduled automated messages. We figured things out on our own but it would have been nice to know that someone was available had we needed something more urgently.

Bad communication & poorly organized

The host didn’t reply to my messages after 11 in the morning. I never received the check-in code information. I had to message, text and call. The information was sent to me 11 at night (when check-in time is supposed to be at 4 in the afternoon) I was first sent the check-in information to the wrong unit. And after we gave another woman a huge scare and I once again reached out the to host, then I was finally given the correct information. This left a very bad taste in our mouths. We should have had the information prior to 4 pm. If the host is running multiple units, they need to do a better job keeping that organized. The place was clean but we would never stay there again based on interaction with host. Not very apologetic either.
