Mothers Day get together

Perfect centralized location for all my adult children to meet up. The house had a wonderful kitchen for my foodie kids to make dinner. The beds were comfortable, (except for the twin beds)and the rooms were quiet. Great location for the pool and a decent walk to the beach via the dune protector walkway. Flat beach for playing games . Beautiful view of the water and dunes!

Beautiful place! Great location!

If you are looking to rent in IOP, definitely would recommend this place ! Came for a girls weekend. It was clean, spacious, great porch, close to the ocean, and pool was right there! Will come back!

2024 Fall Break

3 generation family. Property clean, neat, as described. Could update main floor bath. Lighting a touch dim in kitchen and dining room. seniors stayed on main floor, kids and grand kids on 2nd floor. Lots of puzzles and games. Lots of towels and linens. Pool gorgeous, but health department had closed hot tub. We were looking forward to that, after sight seeing and hiking days. Could use a little better directions to beach access. After next door neighbor explained, it was easy. Carolina One, the managers, were great. Not enough hangers for 6 people. Someone delivered a package of brand new ones in 15 minutes. If going back to airport on checkout, try Bro Biscuit. Only 10 minutes from airport. We did Sea Biscuit on the Island one morning. Just don't try Sea Biscuit or Acme LowCountry on weekends. All 3 had great service and goooood biscuits.

Wonderful Week!

My adult kids, their SOs and I spent a week and had a wonderful stay! The layout and location of the house was ideal for our needs. The only detractor was that the pool was unusable during our stay due to a bacteria or toxin. We were told the day prior to check in and given an appropriate refund. The property management company handled it well and we enjoyed our week. We are hoping to stay again next summer!

Isle of Palms - Gated Wild Dunes House

This home has a lot of space and could accommodate more than the six family members we had. This home had the pool right outside your door, which was great however, the walk to the beach is a good 10-12 minutes. This home is in need of some updates especially all bathroom tub and shower faucets (mold within faucet handles). Trim paint in downstairs bedroom was peeling off. All in all, we still had a great time!

The entire experience was great. The oven does take forever to preheat and the water is really HOT so be careful.

Family Vacation

Excellent location- the beach was a simple 5-7 minute walk from the home. A very secluded part of the beach; pool was literally the backyard. We were able to spend our mornings sightseeing and afternoons at the beach without giving any thought of parking/packing to prepare for the beach. Lovely, quiet neighborhood.

5 60+ friends on golf trip. Great facility--great golf with in 25 minutes.

Fairly advertised, well kept property. Located close to ocean, lots of golf choices.

Good beach house

Overall we had a great stay. We were greeted with great fresh flowers. It was listed that we would’ve had pool and spa access but it was not open while we were there in January. We had access to a grill but there was not enough propane to cook with. The master bedroom TV was not functional for us. It is located in a beautiful gated community but it was about a 10 minute walk to the water because there are gates blocking direct access. We were asked to leave clean dishes once we left but were only given one packet of dishwasher detergent, so we had to buy more in order to have clean dishes when we left. The home was large enough to host many people comfortably!

The property was amazing, and all that was promised. There were 8 adults which included 3 couples and 2 singles. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub and grilling outside. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent beach home except for construction noise

This is a great rental perfect for our family for 4th of July week ! We stayed for 7 days Communication was great with Property manager even before check in ; close access to beach; we rented with Vay K gear and also rented a golf cart to get around ; no sports card though but pool is a few steps away Nice view of ocean from patio off masters Only negative is the construction noise on the house beside us that starts at 8 am We could not sleep in on our vacation and workers are literally a few feet from me while I’m sitting in the patio ; wish we could have been warned about this overall still a great rental

32 Ocean Point

Location was amazing and overall stay was great. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and didn’t accommodate a family of six. Also, hot tub was closed due to COVID but didn’t find that out till after we arrived. This was news to the property rental company but still disappointing for a Thanksgiving stay.

Great Vacation

Excellent property. Found it to be super clean and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked as were all the bathrooms. The porches were so nice and watching the sunrise over the ocean from the upstairs porch was beautiful! Lovely view of the ocean, a bit of a walk to the beach but the pool is just outside the backyard. Nice big TV in the den for family movie watching, Would definitely rent again!!
