This level also features 4 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 beds, alongside 3 shower rooms with WC and 1 bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower, also with WC.

The upper floor continues to impress with an additional 5 bedrooms: 2 rooms each fitted with 3 beds, and 3 rooms each furnished with 2 beds. This floor is served by 3 shower rooms with WC, ensuring that guests on this level enjoy full comfort and convenience. The villa also benefits from a terrace and a well-maintained garden, offering ample outdoor space for relaxation, along with terrace furniture and a box-room for additional storage.
