The location of this property is perfect. It was a wonderful place for my family of five to return to after seeing the sights. We really enjoyed it. The park nearby is lovely.

Nice apartment , would rent again. Only drawback was the unusual extreme heat this summer. Hard to keep the apartment cool, but each room had a portable fan which was very helpful. Location was great for our needs.

This was perfect property for our visit. Grandpa and grandpa, parents and 2 kids. The apartment is spacious, beautiful view. The location is perfect. Across from a park and not far from the city centre. It has a grocery store close and lots of eating places within a few blocks. The host always got back to you and was friendly and helpful.

This a great property, worth every cent! The host was courteous, and tentative to every need I presented. The room is just as advertised. If I were to return to Luxembourg, I would definitely look in to see if this property is available.

Unique cool place that has an amazing view on top level. Only problem is that in the United States, 1st floor means ground level and in Europe it means the first level up. So the description says it has a first floor bedroom and bathroom, which we thought meant ground level, but when we arrived we found out it meant those staying in that room actually had to navigate the stairs up a level.

Excellent location and gorgeous apartment. Check in was easy and efficient. Apartment was well stocked but soap dispensers in each of the bathrooms were empty and hot water was sparse for our showers. Additionally, the day before we arrived we were in informed a WiFi maintenance technician would be entering property for ‘routine checking’ between the hours of 5pm and 9pm on the night we arrived. Also at one point a house keeper entered the apartment while we were there to return a vacuum. Because we were traveling with young children this made us uncomfortable but overall our stay was pleasant and we would book this apartment again.

New, clean, modern, spacious

Very impressed with nearly all aspects of this property. Communication was great, safe, outstanding location, underground parking nearby, clean, new, spacious. As advertised. Only things I’d say: I wish they provided more soap/shower gel. They had a few little packets for the shower but this was really insufficient after biking all day. Also, and maybe because of this???, the hand soap from the sink was empty.Finally, the bathroom heater in the primary bed’s bathroom seemed to be stuck on max. Couldn’t seem to figure out how to shut it off and got very hot.

When we arrived after 22 hours of travel at this lovely apt. there were no soap or shampoo in either of the showers; we were exhausted and wanted to clean up but that wasn't possible. I contacted the host and they said they would provide the products the next day. They did not. I contacted them again and they said we should promised again to deliver that same they. They did not. Then they said we should buy our own products and submit receipts for reimbursement. I did that the same day. Since then, I've been asking for reimbursement for over 3 weeks; they keep saying it's been sent to their account team for processing and promising to look into it and get back to me. They do not. Then they promised again again to get back to me, but did not. This pattern continued for 3 weeks. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and neglect of such a basic aspect of their guest comfort. Also, the front door lock is problematic; at least the half the time when we were coming and going, the keys turn 360 degrees repeatedly without engaging the lock. Very challenging and a bit scary for a weary traveler. This is a lovely apartment but the customer service is so disappointing, basic amenities are lacking, and check in was very difficult, so I'm not able to leave a positive review.
