Raynham Breck is a traditional farm building with its own private sunny terrace and dog proof garden. On the north-facing side you look out through bluebell filled poplar woods and onwards towards the farm. Part of the Tittleshall Barns site, a great option for large groups that require separate, but nearby accommodation. An excellent accommodation option for wedding guests at nearby Godwick Hall.

Originally an open-sided barn, the living area of Raynham Breck has been transformed into a spacious and inviting sitting room. The room features exposed limewashed beams and oak wooden floorboards, creating a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. The south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the private terrace and garden, which is perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The room also includes a Charnwood wood-burning stove, providing both warmth and charm. With plenty of comfortable seating and a collection of books and games, this living area is the perfect place for relaxation and entertainment.

Raynham Breck offers three en-suite bedrooms, providing ultimate comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features a super king size bed, which can be made up as twin beds upon request. It also includes a luxurious bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower attachment. The second bedroom boasts a king size bed and a stylish wet room with an overhead rainwater shower and handheld shower-head. The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers twin beds, along with a convenient shower room. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with 300 thread count bed linen and towels, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, all bedrooms are equipped with televisions, hairdryers, and other amenities to enhance your stay.

Outside, the private terrace and garden are dog-proofed, allowing your furry friends to roam freely. The south-facing orientation ensures that the terrace receives plenty of sunshine, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining and lounging. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, providing everything you need for al fresco entertainment. On top of that, the barn overlooks bluebell-filled poplar woods and offers beautiful views of the surrounding farm, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature.

Tittleshall barns is comprised of four barns, all of which are available for bookings; Raynham Breck, Harnser Barn, Mill Hill, and Peak Hall.
