The spacious living room features comfy sofas, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and oversized windows that brighten the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A dining table completes the area with access to a bright sunny room with a work desk that you can use for work or entertainment.

Both bedrooms are fitted with a double bed and are a pleasant space to rest in. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a great place to stay and explore the city. A short drive away is Explorium - the National Sport and Science Centre, the interactive GoQuest, and the Carrickmines Exit 15 M50. Just a few steps away, you can find Fernhill Park and Gardens, which offer great views of the city. After a day of exploring, you can enjoy some great food and drinks at Clayton Hotel Leopardstown, Sandyford House, and The Step Inn.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Gallops (Green Line), is just a 15-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
