As usual, we also send a reminder with all essential details about 14 days before arrival (sometimes even earlier), precisely to avoid that anything might be missed. In your case, unfortunately, all our assistance messages — both on-site and remotely — were completely ignored, which made it impossible for us to provide the support we always guarantee to our guests. It is also important to highlight that the Amalfi Coast promontory is a unique place, naturally characterized by some accessibility challenges — well-known aspects that do not depend on us. That said, we will continue to improve: even though the information provided is already clear and concise, we will make it even more specific to avoid any misunderstanding. Regardless of how the experience unfolded (reviewed more than four months later), the fact remains that you chose our apartment for a reason.
