Might be best for a single traveler
The good: Communication was excellent. The room came with a (much needed) fan. The location was fantastic, with easy walking to metro stops, shops, restaurants, etc.The not so good: The kitchen and laundry are on floor 2, which is a shared space between all building tenants. The room came with 2 bath towels that smelled of mildew, no hand towels were provided. It is an old building, so note that, if you're taking a shower, the water temperature and pressure are highly dependent on the use of the remainder of the tenants. If someone on a floor below you flushes the toilet, you will nearly be scalded. If someone runs the water, your shower pressure will be reduced to a dribble. The bed had a hump running down the length, causing you to sleep on a slope. Unfortunately this place did not work out for my husband and me; we only stayed one night and then went to a hotel.
